As a keen and enthusiastic gardener for many decades I have learnt how vital it is to provide the very best soil conditions for trees, plants, vegetables and fruit to thrive.
Having recently moved to a new house I found the soil in the garden was the heaviest clay I have ever encountered. Rather than spend years trying to improve the texture I decided to remove a spade depth of soil on the area where the vegetable plot would be and also raise the beds using sleepers. I then needed to infill with new soil. My wife researched the best soil to buy and SuperSoil ticked all the boxes.
We were delighted by their friendly and helpful advice and chose to have a large delivery of SuperSoil. The soil is very rich and easy to handle and move. Within a very short time the beds were full and I was able to plant out young lettuce and beetroot, and sow French beans directly into the soil.
Just three weeks later we were able to start harvesting the lettuce and beetroot, and the French beans are already four inches high. We are absolutely amazed at the speed and quality of the produce SuperSoil is delivering and so are our neighbours, who get to share our bonanza crop.
The rest of the garden is still being developed and as SuperSoil has been so successful we will be buying much more to fill fruit, ornamental plants and flower beds as they are created.
